Phenisha F. Bresnock
Phenisha Bresnock was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2018. She is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association, and the following sections of the State Bar of Georgia: Alternative Dispute Resolution, Real Property Law, Local Government, and Creditor’s Rights and Commercial Litigation. She is also admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court, in addition to being a member of the Georgia Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution.
Ms. Bresnock graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University with a major in Political Science, and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University College of Law. While attending law school she was President of the Parents Attending Law School organization, and received high honors for her Pro Bono work.
Phenisha worked in the office of State Senator, Dean Burke, as a Health Law and Policy Analyst. She has held memberships in the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association.
